If you think your English is bad think about my French. The only thing I know is how to say

Which I think means one ruler. Not convinced I'd need to measure items less than 30cm wide in France, but its all I've got. I'm sure I'd muddle through.

Which I think means on top of the table.

And

'Dans Le Table'

Which is in the table.
