I didn't realize Electronic did so many b-sides!!
Well, I didn't want to include Idiot Country Two since it's a remix.
Well, it's time to see if Free Will has many fans.. my favorite might be Second To None.. I don't really remember any of the other b-sides I must say :D (except King for a Day which is on my Japanese import..
Second To None is very good. I gave up on Electronic after previewing Raise The Pressure...never bought TT so don't know most of the last few listed...if anyone is interested in compiling me a "Best of Electronic not on the first album" i'd be a happy fellow...
Loads of absolute peaches there! I'm gonna play them all tonight again, and I'll post the winner the morra;)
I voted for I feel alright. but I must say I love them all. maybe warning sign is the better musically... I could pick anyone really 
Just pulling out the singles from the first album...did they ever release a version of Lean to the Inside with lyrics?
My immediate thought would be 'All That I Need' but looking down the list reminds me of just how many superb B-Sides they have done, King For A Day, A New Religion, Second To None to name but 3
Arghh its no use i shall have to listen to them all again before passing judgement.. ohh what a hard life ;)
"I Feel Alright" really stands out to me, so it easily gets my vote. I also occasionaly pop in "Second to None" and at least the second half of "Free Will".
Now a "Worst Electronic B-Side" poll would be more difficult, as I think there are some real duds in there. I don't even think I have a copy of "New Religion" anywhere.
Imitation of life - a clear winner here. Should have been a single in its own right. All that I need and I feel alright are also cracking songs.
I made an CDR compilation of all the Electronic B-sides in chronologial order and it's definitely an ace disc.
My favourites have always been I Feel Alright, Imitation of Life and Warning Sign. Ranking closely behind Radiation (inc. that "We're like Crystal") sample and Free Will 12". The rest are pretty throwaway but still an interesting listen. IMHO they should've substituted Breakdown on Twisted Tenderness with Warning Sign.
Also, anyone else prefer the Radio Edit of Late At Night to the album version? It's a much cleaner sound and you can actually hear Astrid's backing vox.
They still should've released Prodigal Son as a single :(

Never noticed the difference between both versions. I'll have to listen to them more carefully.
Listened to them last night, and I've gotta say the tune stuck in me head today is "All that I need" ....have I got it all wrong? whooooa
If I have to pick one, it'll have to be Imitation of life.....well crafted and could certainly have made the album instead of some of the shite they did put on it
Wow second to none is winning, I'm suprised. It's a good song, but it's not as complete as others. here is my view:
Lucky Bag - Ok, nothing special Free Will - Great music, would be better with words Lean To The Inside - ok nothing special Second To None - good song but not the best Imititation of Life - Best b-side, a great way to end a concert A New Religion - Good song, just get rid of the backing vocals All That I Need - a great song, should have been on the cd I Feel Alright - One of the best drug songs ever!!! Turning Point - best non vocal song. love Barney humming. Radiation - what ever ?!?!?! Warning Sign - Killer song, so british I love it. King For A Day - took me years to like it, but now I loce it!!!
Don't believe the Japanese 'Best Of' ever saw the light of day - got canned at the last minute, if memory serves me correctly!
Of course, if anyone has a copy, then I stand corrected!

Of course, Lucky Bag. Actually, the US version of the single "getting away with it" is fantastic. One of my favourites in my cd collection!!
FREE WILL
Better than alot of New Order tunes. I can really feel and hear the emotions coming through that song, especial at the peak. Second to None gets my second pick.
My vote went to I feel alright. Slightly off-topic, but did you knew that Prodigal Son (in one of it's remixed reincarnations) was the soundtrack to a "goal-of-the-week" type TV show here two years ago?

Second to none really is second to none. I really was surprised this didn't make on the album.
Thanks to the thread starter for this question. I had completely forgotten about all these incredible tunes a long time ago. So disappointed was I with the Raise the Pressure album, that inspite of purchasing TT, I never really paid any attention to any of the recordings I owned in the intervening seven or so years.
After reading this thread, I decided to drag out some of my old singles and listen to the b-sides. I do not have all of them, I just have most of the singles from 1991 to '96, and among those I Feel Alright is probably my favorite with Second to None and Free Will just slightly outside.

A rare item that is a CD single whereby ANY of the 3 tracks on it could quite happily be the single :D
Free Will, cracking tune, they played it as the encore at Heaton Park with loads of false endings it was fantastic
