Oasis supported Revenge before they made it big and er, Monaco played before New Order at Reading 98.

OK, that's far too tenuous to be it...

I think Oasis were offered to Factory (as were Pulp) but I think that's more meaningless trivia than an actual answer.

On April 20th 1992, Oasis was the support for Revenge at the Hippodrome Middleton, Oldham, UK.

It was the first ever Oasis gig! :eek2:
