what is the deal with the live disc of retro?

Ok, are the live songs on Retro soundboard sourced or audience sourced, or a little bit of both?

I would find it funny if they were audience sourced songs since a record company is putting it out. Also, I have never seen boots for some stuff like the Chicago or Dallas shows. Any answer would help, dave

I heard that the non-soundboard stuff was sourced from a non-member chap who has a huge collection of boots...and I don't mean footwear. Not sure if Hooky's collection was involved at all, but I'm probably wrong, I usually am. CTB

I must confess that the temptation version included is not one of the best - the vocals are average and Steve's drums can hardly be heard. Shame as it is one if not the best live song at most gigs.

Most of 'em are replete with mistakes in all honesty. It wouldn't be them though if they got it all 100% right, would it ?

I know that Benny but I have heard many more passionate versions, Tower Ballroom '86 comes to mind but then again I am biased!
