Is Retro postponed in Canada?

nope...it got saved. there's only one location left...the famous big one in downtown toronto. conviently next to the mega hmv...aww....music buying central in toronto.

Dunno about you Canadians, but it looks like Retro is delayed here in Australia too, until Jan 10. There were rumours that about 500 editions were to have the 5th disc, but that now seems "unlikely", apparently. CTB

Hi you all! This is gonna be my first post here LOL! Been a New Order fan for over a decade (even thought I'm only in my early 20s)...

I was strolling around the area yesterday and kinda dragged myself into the big downtown Toronto HMV store beside Sam (while forgetting today is supposed to be the day Retro is released) and as I walked by the cashier counter I saw a familiar white package being bought by somebody... It struck me instantly that it was the Retro box set... So I ran upstairs to find that there's only 3 boxes left hiding at the left corner of the box set section of the store... Well make that 2 now since I did grab one in the end =)

Pretty costly tho, $91CAD b4 tax... It's the UK imported version with the bonus CD inside the box... thus the high price?!? Well still listening to it after some 20 hours now LOL! The bonus CD is my favorite as I've owned most of the other stuff on the first 2 CDs... The Live CD sounds like a bootleg off some crummy old tape btw... ouch that high treble hurts my ear on the first track...

So go grab the other 2 while supplies last... I'll go check again tomorrow...

forget that. i don't think i'm getting retro after all. the dirty word (downloading) is for me.

How long and cost is shipping from the UK to Canada anywayz? Wouldn't the customs tax you like crazy? I doubt HMV would be nice enough to declare it as a "gift"...

My RETRO with bonus 5th disc, ordered from hmv.co.uk, cost me only 14.49Gpd totalling to 17.49Gpd all up with postage/packaging.....which is a BARGAIN!!!

Well we know who to blame when they cancel their new album and scrap future tours because of lack of profits from Retro sales then dont we!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)
