Hey everyone,

I am a little bit worried that since the attacks that NewOrder might not even come to the U.S..... Air travel in the states has been down quite a bit lately..so, who knows?

I have heard of a few bands that are already cancelling thier gigs in the U.S. NewOrder, if you are reading this post...take a boat to the states, if you can...you cannot let us down!!!

This kind of realtes back to Deborah Curtis' book about Ian, how he wanted to avoid taking an airplane to the States but thought his idea of traveling by boat would be daft. Sounds pretty good to me, considering.....

If, for some reason, the order refuses to return due to Osama's actions, I shall, personally, take it upon myself to deturd the flatulent bastard with my very own letter opener...

Enough said.

Do I really need to quote Bob Hoskins' diatribe at the end of the 'Long Good Friday', chaps?

Needless to say, us Brits are made of sterner stuff.

Now, how many of you are scared of coming over here cos of the dread(?) Foot and Mouth?!

The prospect of bumping into Huntsman is probably enough, I,m a tad reluctant to venture towards the north east just in case.If I was to run someone over get involved in a shoot out and take shelter in a local gun shop....well I'd just rather it was not near pringlesville.

All that I know is that I had my ticket for Nick Cave in hand and that he cancelled his whole North American Tour because of what happened... a bit PREMATURE if you ask me!!!

I'm still a bit pissed about it.

Allen...let it suffice to say that neither Osama bin Lantern nor the dreaded hoof and mouth is keeping me from getting on my British Airways flight on Wednesday so I can be at Brixton on Friday night. Of course, I fully expect the order to reciprocate the favor by coming back round to the States one more time...not that this is a demand or anything, just a most sincere desire...

Sebastien, I've heard rumblings that Nick has postponed his U.S. tour indefinitely, possibly to be started before the end of the year. This info is from some of the people who visit the Nick Cave Online forum, so we'll see what happens.

Sorry for bringing this topic back up again, but don't know if you heard, Sebastien, that the Nick Cave tour has been rescheduled for April 2002, and the itinerary appears to be in the exact same order as the postponed fall dates. Great news!

Just as a PSA for you, April 29, 2002 in Montreal, which is a Monday.

I didn't know that G. -- haven't been to Nick Cave Online since 2 weeks!

Thanks... great news indeed, although april is quite far from here and quite a long time after the release of the last album. Maybe Nick Cave will be releasing an EP before that, who knows.

Thanks again,

Seb.
