I don't think there is a bad version of Crystal, the Bedrock mix suits perfectly in a club at night, the Lee Coombs remix is probably the first remix to ever features Hooky's bass, and it changes completely at the middle to become very "atmospheric".. as for the Kramer/Stephane K, I admit I didn't listen to it much.

I prefer the single version to the album version.. but I guess the single version would get my vote.

P/S: The DVD version rocks when you pumped it very high, seriously, the "Special Circumstance Mix" (Bedrock Edit) rocks totally when played on DVD with proper speakers.

"Get Ready version". the single version sounds too forced to be radio-format. remixes? i don't like remixes ;)

I love the Get Ready version with the Dawn Zee intro. The slow build up to the explosive beginning is simply fabulous and to me kind of explains the title. GET READY: Here we go again.

Album version for me as well......what a great start to the first album in 8 years, just as refreshing as Regret was on Republic.

I loved the "jools holland" version. if you let me vote I´ll do it. if not.... I´d say the album version

It was a close call between the single and LP versions, but I went for the single. I love the intro on the LP version too, but the way the single version just crashes straight in without so much as a "by your leave" is pretty damn cool.

The advanced promo version, which is the same as the album version except for a very good bass solo by Hooky in the middle of the song, which was removed for the final mix.

Never heard the early 2001 version.

Right now it's the live version from disc 4 of Retro. Shows just what the boys are capable of when they feel like it.

couldn't go with the Get Ready version...I can't stand the intro....that's 40 wasted seconds as far as I am concerned...just go straight into it...so I guess the single version is my favorite...

Voted for the GR version because I just got the promo version and haven't listened to it more than once or twice...The last 2 1/2 minutes (or so) of Crystal on GR are probably my favorite thing they've done in 9 years of so...

I agree about the intro, but the single version is just too short.
