Anyway to reply to the original question, sorry I don't remember -- but I had the same curiosity when the album came out and copied the song into CoolEdit and played it backward. I then cut the excerpt and send it over to Spotnick and asked him to put it online here -- I just don't remember if he ever did it or what happened to the file!
OH WAIT, I have a flashback now... it's one part of the lyrics of another song on the album, but played backwards...

Has anyone here heard "Stars" by the band DUBSTAR (who were often compared to New Order and Pet Shop Boys on account of Stephen Hague producing their records)? This track's guitar line shares the exact same melody as the verses on that Dubstar song.
And what's even more ironic is that The Other Two and Dubstar have attracted much comparison in the past because of the similarity of Gillian's vocals with the singer of the latter group...
