None sadly - simply because mr. blobby insists on whooping or hollering over most of them, thus rendering them impossible to appreciate properly.....

Transmission's the only one they do that sounds better than the original did live - apart from maybe Heart and Soul and Decades. H&S sounded really good given the New Order treatment, a pity they don't do it more often/any more.
The live recordings I have of Atmosphere sound great, and Transmission on the bonus disc is one of the best live recordings I have of them.

Bugger i missed out H&S
Sometimes I wished New Order wouldn't do JD songs. Transmission though, is actually not bad.

I've been saying this for years. As an encore treat, they were tremendous once-in-a-lifetime happenings. 40+ of my 53 gigs didn't contain any JD stuff, but there was always that hope that we might get a treat. Now it's far more predictable and far less special. Transmission has been the big bonus - hoped they'd never do it, but as they do, it's rather good.
Yeh, they do a fantastic Transmission. I leally love the "and we could DAAAAAAANNNNNNCCCEEEEEEE!!!!!" bit. Simple unfortunate reality here (for me at least) is that Ian just didn't have a great singing voice - witness all the attempts to get LWTUA right - whereas Barney's voice suits a lot of the songs better. The whoops are a matter of personal taste I suppose.
Have any of you guys seen Hooky performing Failures as an encore while touring with Monaco? They performed that a few years back in DC

Yes, they don't seem special anymore, Not that I've been to many NO shows, just one. I just get excited when I found a bootleg of NO doing LWTUA or somthing like that. Because of NO Doing JD songs so often these day, the songs feels like they lost something. The main disappointment that I had when I went to finsbury was the fact that they played so many JD songs. I really much rather hear TPK or even something early on off of Movement.
Really hard to choose just one, but having just seen the clip of IALP from the very end of Apollo98 (on 5 11), I can vote for no other song.
"Ian Curtis rest in peace man!"

yes, but is IALP primarily a New Order song ? At least JD had played Ceremony live.....

Hey, there is something wrong here. Barney never sang "New Dawn Fades" live. Moby was doing vocals the only time New Order played this song.
Well, I was almost voting for "Transmission", but it's really annoying the way he modifies the original lyrics. "Isolation", then.

You're not.

They did it in San Francisco as well. It appeared to be the highlight of Hooky's evening.
transmission. a pity stephen lost his "playing speed" somewhere, I dont know where. transmission sounds much more slow nowadays. even hooky must be a bit disappointed because he starts at full speed and when stephen starts to play he realises his old drummer isn´t there anymore. but who can blame steve? he chose to be a drum machine, after all :D
