Anybody here who knows where I can find "Confusion", the 1983 version in MP3 format ? Please help me :) I've looked everywhere for it, and it seems almost impossible to find it. Bought the Substance record , but there Confusion was remixed, and sounded not good at all.

Kind regards: Jens (jens@jensg.com)

All I can say is good luck. It seems trying to find the original Confusion anywhere on cd/mp3/vinyl is the Holy Grail for us NO fans. So long as I get to be Lancelot, I'm cool with it.

I have the original 12" Version on some CD my friend gave me... It's in perfect quality so it had to be released on a digital medium somewhere...

It's about 8:15 Long...... much better then the Substance Version

Muff box will supply a copy for anyone who sends me their address. I have every new order track on CD, even the ones that have never officially been released in that medium. They are all also on my hard drive in true cd quality for download. Join audio galaxy and search in this format for any song you want, new order - confusion (fac 83), you should pick it up easily, but NO SELLING once you have them or i will fry your motherboard and hard drive!! :smoking:

I have the Confusion 12"...

Muffy, I must say I love your attitude. Wanting to share. And with the condition that the others don't make money out of it.

You're what I might call a true NO fan, up there with the Huntsy.

Hope you're not blushing !

What if I were to send you a tape to copy them onto? I'm afraid I'm not that high-tech, so something like a taped copy (or burned cd, even better) would have to suffice. Let me know and I'll get a wish list together....

Thank you Geoff, i'll take that as a compliment. I do believe strongly in sharing for free as the only people who really want this stuff are true New order fans. I have lots of interesting stuff i'm willing to give to anyone who wants it, but believe me, I WOULD fry anyone who then sells it! :smoking:

By the way, I never blush, it's just not becoming!

Muffy's treasure trove is open to any bugger who wants it. The goodies are available to download via the good ship audiogalaxy.com, or I will burn them onto cd as per request. Having taken some weeks sussing the joint out, it is my conlusion that the orderline faithful are a worthy bunch, indeed probably more worthy than I! :smoking:

Requests to alan.paterson3@ntlworld.com But hurry, unfortunately I won't be here much longer.
