i won a copy of this movie from e-bay for $3.00 and other than the abundance of new order in the soundtrack , the movie itself was terrible and made no sence whatsoever and contrary to what i belived the film footage in the Video " touched by the Hand of God" is NOT from the salvation film, where then is it from?

Apparently, it was shot FOR the video.
I always assumed it was Salvation until last month when someone did a "Bill Paxton in TBTHOG video" thread...
i picked up an original crepuscle (or however you spell it) lp of this for a similar amount recently too
I know johnny giles has a copy of the video
Which begs the question: How did New Order got involved with Salvation! in the first place? Anyone knows?
arthur baker is listed as an executive(or something like that) producer so thats probably how

thats being polite!!! it was more like a big pile of stinky Sh!t with peanuts in it
No idea from where it is, but I know that the bloke trying to get into the car is none other than Bill Pullman, and was directed by Kathryn Bigelow...
And, yes (having got the video), the film is utter shite!
l8rs,
Nick ;)
I did have hopes for the movie beforehand, seeing as how Exene from X was gonna be in it, but I was also pretty disappointed in it.
Who also knew that Viggo Mortensen would go from that to eventually star in Lord Of The Rings as Aragorn? ![]()

see but that is not in the film, neither is bill pullman and salvation is directed by beth B. its a bunch of people ive never seen or heard of before
Bill Paxton, not Pullman, is in the TbtHoG video directed by Bigelow. It's not related to the movie.

Paxton v. Pullman....this was in a Saturday Night Live episode too. ![]()
Paxton vs. Pullman is in a great Simpsons episode too, the one where Homer gets smart and learns that intelligence is inversely related to happiness.
How about Salvation the album by new order? I have came across CD this, once at towerrecords. I have told this was very limited release.
