This new order of cambodia or wherever News headline that Gretton saw and inspired the name of the band.. there must be a collector out there that has said article or a copy of it???

I imagine it would be worth something to someone like David'the sultan of bling!' if he hasnt already got it...

I think it was "New Order of Kampuchean Liberation" - so the alternative to NO would have been quite unthinkable!!!

I'd imagine given the band's frazzled memories that nobody even remembers much of this, although Hooky being the archivist that he is prolly still has the original newspaper!

I've been here before i thought it was kampuchea, but cant spell it so put cambodia (probably cant spell that neither!) instead as im not sure if its that or not!

It certainly would be of great sentimental value to a band member i would have thought.. especially as the late Rob Gretton apparently discovered it.

The article was called "Year Zero" by John Pilger and dealt with Pol Pot's murderous ideal for "a new order" for the people of Cambodia.
