A lot of people talk about b-sides and single mixes - where can I buy some of these singles on cd? Had a quick look on Amazon but it's hard to find with such an ambigious search word like 'Electronic' and I think they just have the albums. Thanks.

Search for 'Electronic CD Single' on eBay Stores and bob's yer uncle.
Loads on there for very cheap prices.
Ebay of course! Just got the Forbidden City and 7-track Get the Message singles off there. Cheers :)
Next, what other singles should I bother getting? Electronic or Monaco suggestions welcomed.

Good choices; both Free Will 12" and Imitation Of Life are among the best Electronic b-sides.
As for others... the Monaco "What Do You Want From Me?" CD single is an excellent release not just for the title track but also the 2 b-sides (Bicycle Thief & Ultra). Ultra's definitely a standout track from that period and the whole single shows Monaco at the start of their strongest form.
For Electronic there's also an 7 track "Feel Every Beat" US Maxi-CD with 2 b-sides and some pretty good remixes if you can find a copy (shouldn't be that tough). Also, grab a copy of "Disappointed" if you can which didn't feature on any studio album but is up there with some of Electronic's very best material 
Avoid it if yer not into Pet Shop Boys though.
Random Other Two CD singles to look for include "Tasty Fish" and "Selfish" but only go for these if you enjoy remixes as there are no b-sides. The "Tasty Fish" one is still reasonably collectable as it was the only Steve'n'Gillian release which came out on Factory.

Fcuk EIL! They didnt delivered two of my three last orders. 
go for Matt´s CD Singles or try eBay UK.
I strongly recommend all Electronic´s singles.

Thanks for the other suggestions too, people. I'm not really interested in collecting, but when I see best of Electronic and Monaco lists and see songs I've never heard before, I feel I've got to hear them.

EIL have always been good for me too- got a lot of hard to find Electronic stuff from them.
