1. Halfway through, when everything stops and then the lovely synths come in, TIED with the opening few seconds when Barney starts singing.
2. I actually don't think there are any parts I can say that are worse than any others!
3. I know most of you hate this song, but I really love it. I think that it's gorgeous musically and lyrically hilarious.

Best: When Hook plays the first notes on his bass. This is the joy of New Order encapsulated in a few small seconds.

Worst: The doo-do-do-do-doo etc. It kinda fits and kinda doesn’t. And it always makes me ask, “where are the colored girls?”

Why Love It: One absolute treasure in the song – to repeat myself - is Hooky’s bass. The sound and melody are in such a stark contrast to the apparent triviality and humor of the lyrics. Love the ending – how can the CD be scratching like an LP? Bernard cracking up is great. The, as you so well put it, lovely synths following the pause are always a highlight (another joy of New Order). New Order’s strategic use of the hand-clap is terribly underrated. The one drawback is the potential novelty factor.

Percentage Rating: 77%.

Favorite Movie: too tough to pick a single favorite (and too many yet to be discovered and enjoyed to place any finality on the question!). But one of my favorites: Miller’s Crossing, the Coen Brothers. Just a delightful film. Never get tired of Albert Finney and Gabriel Byrne. Just look into your heart.

It is unadulterated drivel, it has no redeeming features. Not even the attempt at humour and the parody of Walk on the Wild Side can save it in my opinion from being the worst five minutes of their career. One gig they followed it with All Day Long. I went to the bar.

Favourite movie? Crash.
