I don't think West ham will get rid Of Pardew. I'd be suprised if they did, hes done alot for that club.

Patience is thin in the PL, could the 'ammers afford to go down? I still reckon Curbishley is waiting for the job to come up.

Must confess the decisions were a touch harsh. having said that it's not as if we have a good record of putting them away

Teams have caught on to us (at home) but if we can get results at Chelski and Arsenal we should have a chance of a draw with you lot. Gerrard usually has a good game against us as Fowler used to. Saying that, Baros is due a goal

I'd be surprised if he goes at the moment, despite what people have said about Blackburn on Sunday being his last chance... The fans are still largely behind him, although it is fcuking mystifying what's happened to us recently... I'm still confident he can turn it around, aside from the debacle at Chesterfield, we have played ok this season, but without the spirit and determination that we had last year...

Following five years of respectability in the Premiership, given £10m to spend, 14 games in charge, and he's out. Bear in mind, the previous manager lasted 14 years, i suspect there was something deeply wrong here, cos the Charlton board are a pretty loyal one, as far as we know. Dressing room unrest? Guess we'll find out in the papers tomorrow.
Now, time for a new manager and Europe is still a possibility.

I'd heard that Les Reed had something to do with it, sending Dowie home during training and all that. But I'd prefer to have Dowie in charge than Reed...
