If we lose the papers will crucify him, if we win he'll be a hero.

Better than anything under McClaren by a million miles.

I could get a job as a commentator. I'd do a miles better job than Motty.

I would just drink fifteen pints and then spell the word "Beckham" as many times as I could onto the wall of the studio in my own beery piss.

I'd probably end up being voted Prime Minister.

Promising and the best thing is that I atually have confidence that Capello can do something with that promise... You're right about Motty, Col... He used to be amusing but he's just annoying nowadays... :nonono:

Hang on, who was the better pick? Considering Mr. Capello has only ever seen Micah Richards play at Centre Half for City and Wes Brown has near enough been an ever present for United this year, in a team which isnt leaking many goals, I think it was the right selection.

Everyone has a clean slate. And thats the way it should be, and the way it never was under McClaren.

True but it don't make him a shit player.

Best player on the night, despite the best efforts of the plant pots booing was our boy Bentley.

At least Fabio had the brains to talk to his players at half time and sort out the problems by telling em to relax and not try so hard. They even changed formation in the second half and coped. Looked very 'fluid'.

Good start and even in the first half the players all looked as though they knew what they 'should' be doing.

Good start.

Jenas earnt his place i thought, even without his goal. Joe Cole looked good too.

So is that the next World Cup in the bag already then?

According the radio this morning, Capello was only happy with 6 of the players' performances... At least Upson was one of them... :thumb:

Didn't Scotland win both home and away the last couple of times they played France? :evil4:

If England aren't playing, I'll happily support the Scots or Irish or Welsh.
