Just been out to the supermarket and sunny Didsbury is absolutely heaving with pissed-up Hun - and this is a good four miles from the city centre!! The police sirens have been whizzing past all day - could this be a coincidence???!

Really, I should have more loyalty cos my mum's side of the family are all Orange bastards, but these people are fucking scum. Not content with being from Glasgow, they have to be from the wrong side of Glasgow as well.

Not really. You should see it more as a love letter to Shug, if I'm being honest.....

It took me an hour and a half to drive to work today, the minute I got on the M61 it was chocca block with minibuses and cars with flags, streamers and scarves. Each one was full of pissed up jocks. It was quite funny really and certainly cheered up my ride into work. There was a lot of shouting and beeping and a few even left their cars and jumped into other random cars.

My mate sent me a picture of Picadilly Gardens at lunchtime, it's heaving. I want to go on the piss now - boo :(

I'd quite like Rangers to win to be honest. A victory for Pragmatic football and all that.

Apparently, 120000 Rangers fans made the trek down to Manchester. This of course pales into insignificance when compared to the 3 Billion Celtic fans that went to Sevile a few years ago.

Of course, I wont be watching. I might listen to the first half on the Radio but The Apprentice is on tonight and apparently Raef makes a complete tool of himself.

I quite like the idea of Bristol City v Hull in the play off final.

I can see Wigan Athletic v Hull or Bristol City v Fulham being a big draw for the good people of Kuala Lumpar.

I'm proud of the biggest club (supporters 150,000 in Manc) in Britain. Unlike Ceptic fans , i'm not full of excuses. The better team won on the night. Laugh at Rangers???? You can only dream of 3 cup finals and the league!!!:evil4:

Unlike Celtic fans you lot riot wherever ye's go. ITV News showed ye's fighting amongst yerselves after the game as well as news a Russian fan had been stabbed.

Good to see that a team playing anti-football and winning just two games from 12 european ties this season got their cummupance in the final.

A victory for football I'd say.

Scotland's shame. :nonono:

Fortunately I'm holed up in Guildford at the mo but got a text from my mate to tell me that all the pubs and clubs on S/hall St had to close at 11 tonight on Police instructions. Windows put in at Molly Malone's on Renfield Street, running battles (among themselves, fuckwits) on Paisley Road West and a Russian fan stabbed in the back at the City Of Manchester stadium.

Did we have any of this after Seville in 2003? Did we fuck.

Scotland's shame. :nonono: :nonono: :nonono:

EDIT : My burd and three pals watched the game in Stavka (4 Russian lassies in a Russian themed bar on S/hall Street). The table of window lickers next to them started banging on about how all Russian girls were prostitites and then told her pal that they'd 'hang her' with her Russian flag. Scum.

You're not even the biggest club in Glasgow! Just think, would have been 150,001 if you had bothered to make the effort. Watching various news reports this morning, you managed to disgrace yourselves yet again, utter scum. Scotland's shame indeed. As for the game, justice was done in the end. It was an absolute travesty that you had managed to bore your way to the final with such a dull, negative, boring, anti-football philosophy.
