Noted though, I furnished my first apartment from garage sales and dumps because we were all so terribly poor, not for some kind of "cool" factor. Her selection of movies I'd likely watch was poor, too. As was the selection of places I'd shop.

74%, about what I'd expect, the same definition as yours. My only failure of being hipper though, is not living in Portland's Pearl District apparently. I was sitting in my car in gridlock when some asswipe in a Benz forces himself in front of me, goes well over the sidewalk, so that he's able to drive into his "swank" midtown apartment. Giving him a quizzical look, he just sneers at me and yells "Enjoy your life in the ghetto!" No,fuck YOU very much, sorry I missed the report that living in the Pearl District was amongst the greatest of human accomplisments...
