Those are very in style, John. All the hipsters wear them. As well as preppies and everyone else.

I think you're just too old ;)

I must be old, I dunno what half yer list is Woodsy.

you're only 3 years older than me, cambo and these things are all from the early-mid '80s. perhaps some were only big in america. jheri curl, for example. it's the chemical that created the 'curly wet hair' look that some black men and women sported in the '80s. i can't imagine there's a large black population in NI!

I saw someone with a fucking jheri curl. One of the temps at work (luckily not my department). Anyway, he claimed he was part spanish so it was his natural hair. Whatever, that's why he had a bottle of activator next to his computer??

boy bands grunge fashion (seriously.) cocaine chic (double seriously.) backwards clothing. no more KrisKross. blinged out teeth. it's really not attractive. lowriders, as they pretty much all look silly. crimped hair. leave it in the 80s where it belongs. for that matter, 80s fashion. it's a bad comeback. reality television shows. tamagotchis. annoying! baggy fashion that shows your boxers. no. any jeans that reveal the thong. no. the whole indie scene "irony" thing. it's boring.

payola. it's a fad that's been around since the birth of radio. it oughta just stop, now.
