Treated myself (amongst other things of course:D ) for my bday and went to see flamin's Silent Hill. Didn't make any sense whatsoever, wasn't scary at all not to mention that i was laughing my head off throughout it as it was so stupid!!! My mate even asked if i fancy leaving the cinema halfway through but i thought that i will give them a chance...A big mistake.

I saw the first 7 minutes of the Fat Slags movie if that counts... my god was it awful.

Actually, now that I have a few days off i should make an effort to watch thr Bad Movies Channel on Sky.

I've been to Bratislava on my way to Italy:D like 6 years ago...We were left there for a day so we could re-charge our batteries after spending ages on a bus. All i remember is this castle on a hill and it looked pretty good but because it was on a big hill, i wasn't really arsed to go there so there you go...

Oh and it was bloody annoying that Slovaks didn't understand any of my polish, outrageous that is!

Saw the "exciting" conclusion of The Omega Code while flipping channels just now. It's from the uber-religous TBN and features champion ham Michael York (who needs to fire his agent). I can safely say this is the worst goddam movie I have ever, *ever* seen, and I've only seen the last few minutes of it. Awful, pure and simple

hi i saw alein love on bbc1 tuesday night. i only watched it because it had the gorgeus nicole eggert in it, i shouldnt have botherd. really bad film. rocky 5 i saw at the cinema. what a pile of crap. I agree about the new star wars films. they just aint the same. ewan mcgregor voice annoys me lol

I liked independence day when I first seen it cos I was off my fucking face and it was a HUGE cinema. However, when I rewatched it I got as far as like the 2nd shot.....where the moon vibrates with the sound of the passing mothership (yeah cos sound happens in space LOL) before realising it was tardfodder. My fave bit is the fact that the aliens ran the same OS as Geoff Goldblum.

Plot holes, uninteresting, Nicole Kidman can somehow over a plot to assassinate someone in a language only she and a handful of others can understand, most of the politicians of said African country all appear to be in NY. i've never laughed so hard while watching a film as i did during attack of the killer tomatoes.

When a film is so bad that you start MST3K-ing it, a rotten movie can suddenly become enjoyable.

My buddies and I rented Random Hearts (I think that's the title) because one of them was a big Harrison Ford fan. It's basically he and Kristen Scott Thomas find out their significant others were having an affair together, and they proceed to get it on. One thing that we picked up on very quickly: the characters all seemed to address each other by their full names. That, and it looked like Harry and Kristen phoned in their performances. We started just riffing on the thing and, while I doubt we were on the same level as Mike and the 'bots, it kept us from feeling like we'd wasted an evening.

Probably just a bad joke on my part. Humor doesn't always translate that well either, especially not electronically.

I was at the gym and caught the first half of First Knight, with the sound off. At first, I thought it was a cheap, poorly made TV series. Then I saw Richard Gere walk on screen, and it dawned on me. Granted, I couldn't hear it, but it looked bloody awful. Too bad Sean Connery had to be associated with this pile of crap.

I "love" those Hollywood-medieval-movies where everything is cleaned up properly and the armors look pretty shiny and fumigated...

The only american who got the medieval time right is Terry Gilliam, in my opinion. Muddy and dirty... That's how it was... :)

True. I like Excalibur (OK, it was directed by an Englishman) but you could get blinded by Lancelot's armor on a sunny day. I thought the 2004 King Arthur was a pretty good, unromantic version of the tale, though not really set in medieval times.
