It's my leg. Still healing from the surgery and I've got another week before the doctor will clear me to bear weight on it. For some reason I just can't get relaxed at night a fall asleep no matter what. It's not necessarily from the pain, it just aches enough to disrupt my slumber... it also didn't help that construction workers started hammering on a nearby roof at 8 this morning.

ahhh..the frogs were left behind...nothing but birds around my place...oh...and squirrels...but they are generally docile creatures...not disturbing my slumber...got in at 2 this morning and actually slept until after nine...it was the frigging sun that woke me up today...

The noises are REAL Ron - Fulham Football Club have bells on strings in their training ground for some daft reason (opposite my house). Wind blows = bells ring = Apes wake up = Chris wakes up...
