Sounds like you're onto a good thing Steve...! Becky, that IS what you meant isn't it? ;) Sorry, it's very late, I'm tired and sleepless and the bells won't stop...

It's my leg. Still healing from the surgery and I've got another week before the doctor will clear me to bear weight on it. For some reason I just can't get relaxed at night a fall asleep no matter what. It's not necessarily from the pain, it just aches enough to disrupt my slumber... it also didn't help that construction workers started hammering on a nearby roof at 8 this morning. :banghead:

Let me guess, the construction workers were ginger and had long arms... bastards.

How'd you guess? I think they had a few frogs with them too...

ahhh..the frogs were left behind...nothing but birds around my place...oh...and squirrels...but they are generally docile creatures...not disturbing my slumber...got in at 2 this morning and actually slept until after nine...it was the frigging sun that woke me up today...

so...Chris, do we need to set up a hunting expedition...

I usually go to bed at 3-4 am, that's when I am getting numb at the computer desk.

Jeff and Chris - get your guns (and your crutches Chris). They're on the march and ringing sodding bells at the same time. It's 3am and I can't believe the bells are going. :banghead:

Actually I thought they having a rave but it was just my cat standing on a synth...

Grabbing crutches but need to borrow a gun. The only weapon I can locate to shoot at the moment is an old can of WD40.

Go and seek professional help for all your noises.

The noises are REAL Ron - Fulham Football Club have bells on strings in their training ground for some daft reason (opposite my house). Wind blows = bells ring = Apes wake up = Chris wakes up...

Mr B. I have some WD40 too - you think that would work or would we just end up with lots of slippery apes and even more slippery frogs?

04:30 and this joke isn't funny anymore (sorry Morrissey, it really isn't).

Time to batter up, buddy!! :viking:

Mr. Nash, which of these do you reckon we should go hunting with???

I imagine this would probably do the job...

but for maximum carnage, I'm trying to line one of these bad boys up...

of course, if we really wanna make sure we get them, there's always this...

alas, it would wreck the entire neighborhood, and have some very nasty side-effects for YEARS...

I dunno, OLF. I usually stick to a heavy-duty baseball bat. Good old-fashioned brain-bashing.

:viking: Batter up, apes.

Of course, weapon-wise, to each his own. :evil4:

I tend to stick to a good fist-fight m'self, although I don't always enjoy a good scar-up on my left hand. Then it becomes a bitch to write.

Otherwise... :evil4:
