That in the USA they still use gas chambers as method of execution, actually I found out that one can be executed any way: via handing, shooting, gas chamber, electric chair, injection, etc.

i learned a week ago that you're not supposed to drink caffeine when knocked up with a child.

pharmaceuticals are not good for use in long term.

there is a physical world after death. solely an observation based on my experiences from childhood through to adulthood and other folks observations.

monosodium glutamate is poisonous to the brain.

ants and roaches can survive being in a microwave oven.

cats are assholes.

older does not always mean wiser.just means senile.

Matrin The Blaw!? You ought to stay off the weed, or at least try to take off from the ground, before you spark up! :drug:

(Top tip form an old "aseed" heid!)

:flowerhead:

:confused2: (How did I miss this the 1st time I read this thread?)

PS I drank in a pub called "De Blauwe Vaas" for months, thinking it was cool and had something to do with Blaw (Blow), then I noticed the massive Blue (Delft Pottery) vase in the corner. ...:\oops:

...and how the hell did I miss this? (The dreaded NOOL reading disability strikes again!)

This in a country with a constitution that supposedly forbids "cruel and unusual punishment!" :evil4:

I'd call strapping someone to a chair and passing a high voltage current through them a "cruel and unusual punishment" or strapping them to a gurney and giving them a lethal concoction of three drugs intravenously a "cruel and unusual punishment!"

But what I want to know is this? How do you execute someone "via handing?" :confused2:

The mind reels...

Guillotine. High-speed efficiency, almost no suffering (well no one complained)... but that is old and French...

I hope that someday I will read in the 'I Learnt Something New Today' that US Chambers voted against death penalty. Come on, do this step towards achieved democracy...

Guillotine sounds too French... we'd have to change it to something more American....

But I for one like the death penalty... as long as its reserved for those that have done real hanous crimes... repeating child molestors, murderers that tortured their victims, etc.
There used to be a thing called 'survival of the fitest', yet all we try to do now adays is save EVERYONE... then complain that population increases are affecting global warming... get rid of those that are a disease to society:thumb:

I learned that Americans who are supposedly Christians, can read small print in the damn bible.

Though shalt not kill Unless you do something really bad like kill loads of kids, or if your black and you kill whitey

(Fittest & Nowadays)

As long as life in any form exists, there shall always be a "survival of the fittest" it is not a fashion, fad, myth, or ideology; it is a branch of the natural sciences.

The phrase "survival of the fittest" has been abused and misused since Darwin wrote it. I'd bet my bottom dollar you've not read ANY Darwin.

You've been brainwashed by Neo-Social Darwinian nonsense. The phrase is in reference to being suitably adapted to the environment it has FUCK ALL to do with vicious humans.

These people are produced by a vicious sick society, they are the symptom not the cause, of society's ills.

The ruling ideology is the ideology of the ruling class!

And it's fucking sick sick sick!

:nono::nonono: :nono: :nonono:

But I'm too too tried today (of pearls and swine)!

I'd disagree that they are all society's products. There must be a proportion who are just born fucked up, otherwise there would have been a fundamental shift in the specific sicknesses of the core group of scumbags. By that I mean, that while each time has it's killers d'heure, which are no doubt made by that which surrounds them[1], there is a long running line of rapists, and yer basic no-regard-for-life killers of opporunity. Where all fuckups a product of society, there would not be a running thread of identical behavior, but rather a more dynamic and evolving history os assholes, as we find with the first subset described above.

[1] It may be argued as well, though I do not know how convincingly, that this group of people would actually turn out bad in any society, but with specifics drawn from that environment.

As to the death penalty......

Premise A: Killers are evil, and should be punished. Premise B: The death penalty is a just way to remove those who murder. Premise C: Execution is the just killing of the guilty. Premise D: Murder is unjust the killing of the innocent. Premise E: execution is carried out by the state in the name, and with the specific consent of, the people.

Conclusion, if just one innocent human has been fried, paralysed or gassed in your state, you are a murderer and should be executed, no ifs, ands or buts.
