Well, since I missed my train, I'll now be making pancakes tonight on my new(ish) pancake machine tonight.
Will be one of the first Shrove Tuesdays I've actually had pancakes on for a number of years!

True - this one makes 6 at once, though (Tefal shite) - pour the batter on, turn them over, and then indulge in sugar and lemon!
