Yes, Yes, and Yes.....but your statements are misleading. The flag symbolizes the southern states that believed in slavery and inferiority, even after the emancipation proclamation. And yes some states in the union did practice slavery, not nearly as much as in the "confederate" states

Once again, using your definition, I can say the same thing about the Stars and Stripes. When Lincoln issued the Emancipation Proclamation, he did nothing to free slaves in Delaware, Maryland, West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri or the New Orleans area. So those areas, under control of the United States, flew a flag that symbolizes slavery and inferiority.

Slavery existed in more states, for a far longer time, under the Stars and Stripes than it did under any Confederate banner (but why let silly little things like facts get in the way here).

The Confederate battle flag, called the "Southern Cross" or the cross of St. Andrew, has been described variously as a proud emblem of Southern heritage and as a shameful reminder of slavery and segregation. In the past, several Southern states flew the Confederate battle flag along with the U.S. and state flags over their statehouses. Others incorporated the controversial symbol into the design of their state flags. The Confederate battle flag has also been appropriated by the Ku Klux Klan and other racist hate groups. According to the Southern Poverty Law Center, more than 500 extremist groups use the Southern Cross as one of their symbols.

So you are using an avatar that the Ku Klux Klan has used to represent their beliefs? In fact, read the above paragraph, 500 extremist hate groups use that flag as a symbol. Yes, there are racists in America everywhere, but that flag specifically stands for something. Slavery and white supremecy.

The Klan has also used crosses and the Stars and Stripes, so (by YOUR definition here) those symbols stand for slavery and white supremacy. I guess we better get rid of those, they might offend people.

Why, there they are, a cross and the American flag. RACIST SYMBOLS!

I also found a hate group on the SPLC website that uses the Star of David. Does that mean that the Star of David is also a symbol of hate? Well, I guess to Arabs and Palestinians it could be, but that's not what we are discussing here.
