I tought it was innocent, but I'm not the only one who got it, so I'm curious to see how many people received it!

Hey, hows it going? I saw your name on a New Order website and thought it would be cool to talk to a fellow fan. I've been a fan a while now. Unfortunately, they haven't released anything in the US of late. Mostly just collaborations with other artists. I know Crystal was included on the soundtrack to the show CSI, though. What other music are you into? There's some good music coming out again these days. But, hey, I guess it can't ever be the way it used to be. Did you see the 24 Hour Party People movie? i think it's from the distributors of the soundtrack to the TV series CSI, who want us to buy the CD. it's a great show, mind you, but a thinly veiled attempt at marketing the soundtrack! they're probably trying to push the CD because CSI is the top rated show in america right now, and they want to milk it for all it's worth.

I searched for the email address that was on the email I was sent (sonicexperience@hotmail.com).

I came up with a bunch of message board postings, most of them mentioning CSI. I got one where she's talking about some hiphop/rap group and she totally changes her tone from semi-normal to incoherant west-side thug.

She also lists her home as being in Washington in some posts, and New York in others.

We may be onto something. I'm mean, she does watch CSI, maybe she gets ideas from the show. Also she talks in Ghetto-speak...just like a lot of people from DC.

:idea: if so, can we split the reward money? at least us stateside folks ('cause i don't think they'd believe that someone on the other side of the atlantic could catch the bastard being so far away and not having CSI). i'm sure we could all use the cash!
