2. Chemical Brothers (Big Day Out, 2000)
3. Rammstein (Big Day Out, 2001)

Bob Dylan is very close to making it on this list

The Smashing Pumpkins at Melbourne Park was just awe-inspiring, they played almost all of 'Adore' and all the other great songs, went for 3 hours!!

Chemical Brothers set was just the most intense thing ive ever been a part of.

Although im not a huge fan of Rammstein anyone that was there will tell you it was a fucking awesome set

Hopefully New Order will be gaining a spot on that list in the near future.

Worst Three

1. Pantera (Reinventing the Steel Tour, Melb 2001)
2. The Whitlams (1998? Croyden festival, don't ask how i ended up there)
3. PJ Harvey (Big Day Out, 2001)

Pantera, although i a bit of metal and Pantera now and again, this was just a terrible gig, was at Festival Hall, which isn't that flash a venue, and the lead singer was just so drunk that he sounds awful, then he proceded to ramble on about some pointless shit for 20 minutes. Oh and the sound was badly done.

The Whitlams, bit of a story about how i ended up at the Croyden (was it croyden?? not sure now, somewhere near there) festival, trust me i would never go under normal circumstances, but they just plain sucked, wern't at al interested in being there.

Pj Harvey, this was also a shocker of a set, sound was terrible, her voice was shot, and the band had no idea what they were suppposed to be playing, and what the hell did she have on?
