MK is recommended. It's pretty much peak time all the way through, but enough variety to make it interesting. One of the better breaks cds I have to be honest.

I sound like an old dustbin running down the re-mixes all the time. I'm going to make a conscious effort not to in the future.

Wow, you know these guys! The scene is still pretty solid over here, especially on this coast. The Finger Lickin' crew in particular are queueing up to get down here.

yeah it's a Melbourne thing isn't it? They've been noted and often appear on compilations of some of the 'big' British DJ's - Sasha, Nick Warren and Dave Seaman especially, as well as the lesser known Break guys already mentioned. Also seen Nu-Breed live over here and they were excellent.

Its ok, doesnt mess too much with it and its still recogniseable.

However get rid of the laser fx, far too cheesy.

I'm currently on the west side: Perth, where it's probably the biggest. Melbourne scene is more varied but to be honest, breaks are big across the country.

Nu-Breed, interesting, didn't think they'd carve out a niche outside of Aus.

The Fabric club - home of the CD mixes - has a breaks night each week, where a lot of those fellas play. Don't go too often myself nowadays, but the nights are very popular.

Ah, Fabric, yep. That club opened just as I departed the UK, I had free tickets to the opening care of a fine bird I worked alongside who was the girlfriend of Farley or Heller, can't remember which.

They've sure pumped some killer discs out too.

i am sorry to say, but that sound horrible. in parts like one of this stupid eurotechno stuff ala scooter. sorry, but they should honestly overwork this mix.

Not bad, maybe give it a whirl live, the 98 version is bland (well, I might think differently seeing it live and on the piss )

This is the mix Hooky's been spinning at his club nights recently. Anyone know if this album will be mixed together in a DJ style, or seperate audio tracks?
