Do we really really want anyone who chooses to be a Scot when they aren't, when they have the option of being English ? :D That'd be like me wanting to be French !!

Dexy's appreciation society starts here then!

Mmm Tim Burgess agrees with me...

Remember hearing about TB saying Come On Eileen was one of his favourite songs about 6 years ago, made me go all funny then as well... :)

Wht not, Liv was going to be Argentinian, I reckon I'd quite like to be Portuguese - in a Tony Ferrino stylie ;)

 Not very - if I had a wiseguy's money though, I could at least give it a go....I could spend all day shopping and having manicures instead of sitting in a shitty office ;)

I can't stand by and let this injustice stand...

Meat is Murder was the Smith's second album, Shug.

While I'm here, let me add "Cake" by the Trash Can Sinatras to the list.

Are you gonna sit there and tell me that Hatful of Hollow was a proper album, not a singles compilation?

Do you want to step outside?

...(We Smiths fans, as you know, are a very manly lot who pick fights over anything.)

Well, ZZ, I want to be Dutch. Still do. Not getting very far with trying to master the language however - apologies Mario, Jim, YO, and other fine Netherlanders on this forum! Het spijt mij!! :(

Well, if I can get myself to Paris, I'm sure I can get to Glasgow - I don't need a passport to get there, do I? ;)

But then again, you'd have to put up with my constant yakking like you did that night at Brickhouse

No passport required, only an invite, and it's always an open invitation for a canny lass who likes to shake it to some thumpin' choons! ;)

As for your 'constant yakking', it's always better to have something to say than nothing at all. Mind you you'll have to slow it down a bit, I did have problems with the Geordie accent now and again! :p
