Thanks for the info Jack. I might have to send your dad an email and try to persuade him to add Florida to the tour....hahahahaha.....the drinks are on me lads! On a more serious note; thats the way it goes, sometimes a band comes your way; sometimes they don't. Good luck with the tour..............

Gene wrote: I cant make any of the dates so Id like to ask the obvious; is there any chance of it being recorded for a DVD/CD release because it sounds fucking mega.

And cant they sort the shit out and get Bernard and Stephen involved too?

I have a feeling that Steve and Bernard probably wouldn't be joining him...no offence to Hooky though. Because they allegedly don't speak to each other, and Bernard doesn't seem like the kind of person to do this, that's why I think that way.

Hooky should go out and do whatever pleases him musically, though. I have nothing against that.

No Darkman - sorry about putting the quote in t'wrong place - I was talking to Jack - what it means is that twice during the Shoreditch set Hooky kissed Jack on the head - after the second time he said "He's done me proud"

There is gonna be 1 more UK date, probably in October, at the newly refurbished and relaunched FIBBERS club in York. Will post a date when there is one.

What about the Brazil's dates man? I will meet Ian McCulloch in Sao Paulo in October and I will tell him to persuade Hooky to come with this fantastic UP tour to Brazil.

That may not be true for The 9:30 Club date in DC. Its owner, Seth Hurwitz, is one of the last independent promoters who has not been swallowed up by TicketBastard.

Top man Jack. Just got my ticket. Looking very forward to the show and this unique opportunity to see Hooky once again and playing JD. Saw New Order at the same venue 1987 (when it was called the Galaxy club)!
