I was right next to the guy they were talking about from Ecuador! He's the guy in my video yelling about hearing the frogs!

Ultra films everything on the bigger stages - don't expect to ever see any of the footage though. For years they teased DVDs, online footage, etc and have come up with nothing. Back in 2003-2005 they gave out a DVD as you walked in of videos from the previous year, with the sound dubbed over for studio versions. Of course back then it was only DJs but still. They finally released a full length movie this year, i've yet to check it out though.
Anyways - they own all that stuff so unless Ultra Records releases a live New Order dvd we'll never see it.
Also just realized I haven't chimed in yet.... here we go
I was up front dead center, just behind 2 older guys. First off - I couldn't believe they played at 6:40. I hope that was the bands doing because the festival only opened at 4, most people aren't even there by 6:30. I barely made it in by 6 after the traffic, parking, entry line, etc. Miike Snow played after New Order, and then Kraftwerk. Why the hell wouldn't New Order lead into Kraftwerk? As I said - I hope this was Barney saying "lets just play and get the hell out of here".
Anyways - It has to be the smallest crowd New Order has played to in 30 years. Ok, I guess the first few "comeback" shows were probably smaller. It was a small amphitheater and 10 minutes before showtime this is what it looked like

I quite enjoyed the set but it was very short. I was extremely surprised they didn't finish with LWTUA but by then i'm sure they were ready to leave. I also didn't mind because I missed the c'MON! When they came out to open the show Bernards face turned to one of almost disgust, like really? this is it? Maybe that's all in my head but that's the impression I got throughout the show. He seemed to enjoy it more as the show went on at least. Temptation was a fantastic finish.
I had to get the roadie gear crate

Bernard walking out
