Perfect Kiss for me as well. Heard the last half on radio, thought it was great. Soon after Low-Life and PCL.

Bizarre Love Triangle QWEST 12" was the first item i purchased by NewOrder. Had copied the Substance Cassettes earlier, then found the 12"....not an easy task in rural Louisiana.

first actual purchase: *cringe" republic *cringe* $4.99 in the used section of Lou's Records in Encinitas, Ca in 1998. everything prior to that i had copied from my (much) older brother in-law when i was 12.

Substance in January 2000, closely followed by Technique and then almost all the other albums (except Movement).

my first new order release was (the best of) new order, bought from vinyl exchange in manchester. i was 15 at the time, and i paid £8 for it (it's imported too, which made me happy).

after that, the collection has grown and grown.

movement-and still think its an under-rated album(1981)
