I would add Kraftwerk's Electric Cafe. Unlistenable crap. Side B offers something, but still so pitifully pale in compasrison what had been expected and what was around.

Only have the Neil Young album, it's a good one, but not quite Rust Never Sleeps. Great enough to be part of his record company's suit against Neil for making records that "weren't like Neil Young".
I never did buy Cut The Crap though. This Is England is a great song.
