Pretty much just about everything..........except for lima beans.

Never cared for broccoli as a kid, but I love it now, steamed with rice and fish especially. Yum.

Cauliflower... really. fresh green Beans are hella fine

Fresh picked Sweet Corn is unmatched thou. Do they grow Sweet Corn in England? I don't think you get enough sun.

Green peppers Carrots Zucchini Tomatoes Onions (cooked though; not raw) Lettuce Cabbage Japanese eggplant Daikon radish Bok Choy Bean Sprouts Chinese Cabbage Spinach

(I usually eat a lot of vegetables and tofu...sort of like a semi-vegetarian, I suppose?)

Sorry for my lack of explanation there. I do eat chicken occasionally, but that's it. So, I'm not a full blown vegetarian, just uh..."semi" if you will.
