That's kind of already happened hasn't it? There was an incident a few weeks back (or the court hearing was) about a young boy or girl who was drowning in a river and 2 policemen didn't wade in to rescue him/her because it was against police rules to do so.The child drowned.

Lads, if you're not happy about yer lot, do something about it yourself, don't go blaming others. Really, some of the comments above are appalling. This is indeed England, but that England does include mosques, etc, whether you like it or not.
"I'm not a racist, but...." - the ultimate cliche, no?! ![]()

Have you already forgotten the two cops who watched the kid drown a coupla weeks ago, cos they'd not been on their "saving drowning kiddies" course yet?

There was a guy who had his leg trapped in Tewkesbury in a rising flood. Someone arrived with the equipment to cut his foot off. Authorities said 'NO!, the water is polluted and will infect the wound'. So they let him drown instead.

I was trying to make sense of the original statement too..... Mentalist middle Eastern cult No.1=get out, Mentalist middle eastern cult No.2=get out, Mentalist middle eastern cult No.3=more tea vicar.
Surely Christianity is no less foreign than any of the others, one in all in, one out all out I say :D
To clarify what I said about feckin off if you want to make it your old country, I'm not opposed to folk hanging on to their culture, I just have no interest in taking part in it myself thanks.

Agreed. Thought the BBC was the most respected broadcaster in the World, purely because its funded directly by the people, and to make money is not its main objective.
And whats wrong with drunks and small houses?
- Rough caste system
- Shops closing at 5 pm
- Political tendency to welcome questionable radicals
- Lack of England's own independent foreign politics Can't think of any other things.

Good point , Nick.
I'm just in my anti Britain stage after being on holiday.I always get it , usually around a week after i get home.Thing is i couldn't really live anywhere else.If i ever moved abroad i'd just be thinking after a while is it time to go home yet? Just an automatic thing when i'm out of the country. However long i'm away be it 6 days or 6 months and even if i'm having the time of my life.Dunno how ex pats do it.. just have to have the temperament and mentality i guess but i haven't got that

I don't like Fox, either. The reason why I mentioned it was because of the scandals involving with telethons and the fact that BBC News and BBC America are crap.
