Doesn't work. Picture of a "QTime File" with a tear in it.

Thanks a bunch! This was always an early favourite of mine. One of the best New Order tracks.

Hopefully the next one to be dusted off will be Lonesome Tonight.

Thanx for posting this one though!

It was great quality.

Sounds more like a problem with your copy of quicktime, Grahame - the file does work, just right-click over file to d/l, and play it through something other than Quicktime (maybe Windows Media Player) and see how you go. CTB :bear:

For all of the talk about Barney's vocal weakness this tour, he sounded in top form on this track. Bravo! The only unpolished part was Phil's guitar; it sounded a bit erratic.

Cheers nice one.yeah it does sound even more like the original studio recording than any live version from the 80s.Apart from a couple of (Phils?) guitar bits.Bernards guitar sounds good.

Thanks for sharing! Still sounds a bit rusty, if not to say, aimless, but well... they haven't played it for years... hope it stays in the set and is not going to be replaced by "Guilt Is A Useless Commotion"... :evil4:

Good stuff Spotty!! It's sure to get better performance wise if they keep it in the set.

Many thanks! what a blast down memory lane. As Johnny says, it faithfully reproduces the studio version very well. Good work by Mr Lyons!

Thank YOU !!!!!

'Now you'll have to bear with us, em, with this next song, cause I think we've not played it for many many years. we've not, I've not really got a fucking clue how to play it really - played it once in the soundcheck today, so if it sounds shit, its Punk, right? this is Everythings gone green . . . . . its got really miserable fucking lyrics' Bernard shows his class audience banter:clap: :hat:

Thanks a lot for this!

It reminds of the good old times...

But I think it's a little bit short. Check another much older version of EGG played in Berlin in 1981 which is about 9:26min

http://www.dialog-robotik.de/NewOrder/egg_so36_may81_berlin.mp3

But even this version isn't very long. Who has a longer live version of EGG? I know it must be about 22 minutes!

Off the top of my head I think the Hamburg show from 1981 is the longest.
