thanks

don't you think that there is a mistake regarding the timing of Steve Hurley mix of Fine time (6.18 instead of 9.18)??

As far as I know the Jacques Lu Cont Dub has not been released (unless it's the regular remix mislabelled). All versions of Shellshock were remixed by John Robie, so this will be the regular Substance version we all know and love (i.e. the edited original 12", missing verse 3).

Not quite true, there was a US promo 3 track CDR doing the rounds (although it could be a bootleg?), with the following tracklisting:

  1. Jetstream (Jacques Lu Cont Dub)
  2. Jetstream (Pete Heller Dub #2)
  3. Jetstream (Pete Heller Bonus Dub)

Incidently, David (on his worldinmotion website) lists there being a track 4 on the CDR (Krafty - DJ Dan Dub) - it could exist on the above CDR, but I'll need to play it to find out, as it's certainly not listed on the CDR! :)

They certainly are at Virgin megastores. There's a full page Virgin/ New Order 12"s advert in the current issue of DJ Mag. I would scan it in here but I don't have a scanner ( or a PC!). They specifically state 3 for £10 or £3.99 each.

I am in America. Can I order these records from the HMV Website and get them shipped to America or am I better off going to that one US website posted a page or two back.

3 for 10 quid sounds better than $12 a piece, even after the conversion rate.

Or will my 12"s arrive all bent up like some people said with the WFTSC 3x7".

Comments, please.

Read back through this thread and the others related to the 12x12"s.

International shipping from HMV UK is criminal.

They don't ship in bundles anymore.

Yep. I did. The link is:

www.amatodirect.co.uk

I hope their shipping is less than HMV but I am sure it is.

Does anyone know of any American retailers that will be selling these. Please post any info on this thread.

:banghead: agree. it was 42 pounds from the UK to the US when I looked at ordering from hmv.co.uk. it doubled the cost of the order...and with the weak US dollar, was too much to pay. :banghead:

strange that the Thieves like us 12" extended mix is 6.52 long, when the substance version and the 12" orignal is 6.25. haven't they mix the numbers (6.52 instead of 6.25)?

I emailed HMV via their website on Tuesday enquiring why these are not part of the 3 x 12" for £10 campaign. They haven't responded yet. Anyone surprised?

Nic - any update on making these available for purchase from NOOL?

Total with shipping to the USA is right around 69 pounds...much better than the 93 pounds that HMV wanted.

Still waiting to hear also if Nic is going to be able to sell these through the site...any word yet Nic?

Unfortuantely, the 3 for ten doesn't extend to the website.

11 of the 12 discs arrived today, though HMV sent one duplicate...

:banghead:

They were all individually packed as well...

...off to the Post Office to return the duplicate

One was delivered to me today .Fcukin ONE!! :banghead:

In fact i had to go to the post office to collect it because of course it wont fit though the box.

At this rate it looks like i'm gonna have to make 11 more individual trips to the post office to pick each one up:( :(

I asked them to check if there was any more for me but there wasn't.

11 Trips to the fcukin post office:angry:

I recieved the one with BLT (Pettibone remix), True Faith (Pettibone remix), Round & Round (Saunderson remix) and Fine Time (Silk Hurely remix)

I also received just the one, with the Jetstream and Krafty mixes. Probably should look in an actual shop to see which I can get there and cancel the online orders. I'm not at all surprised to hear a duplicate was sent, I half expected it myself when I placed the order. That's if I even get anywhere near the 12!

Collected all 12 today from HMV store in Telford (Shropshire)(in England). Had to discuss cost with three separate members of staff to get the 3-for-£10 deal - AND had to point out one of the 12"s on their "released today" display clearly labelled as "3-for-£10"!

Working my way through them now - aaaaah, the joy of vinyl.

HMV at West One,Eccles,Manchester had about 10 of the vinyls.I bought 6 for £20 tonight. Can't wait to hear Richard X extended mix of BLT.

yep - i only had the one arrive today...muppets...(the jetstream / krafty 12")

also annoyed at the fact that they are now three for 10 in store having spent £3.99 each on them online...

i ordered online so that i would get them today and wouldn't have to go into town...which had i known - could have done quite easily...

not surprised by HMV though...

Picked mine up from HMV in Watford today, got them to reserve the lot for me. All in the 3 for £10 deal so a good result all round for me  :D

Feel a bit snide not getting the other 6.The labels say 3 for £10,stuck over a label 2 for £10,so how long the offer's on for,I don't know. Without fear of repeating myself, without fear of repeating myself...Richard X Extended mix of BLT:bow: Also good is the Planet Funk mix of WFTSC

Recieved 9 more today but 1 was a duplicate so actually 8.

I have 9 altogther now though cause i got 1 yesterday

Waiting on 3.And they're the 3 with the most unreleased mixes on that i 've never heard:angry:

Actually the duplicate is actually a mispackage.because the receipt in it is for a different 12".

Confused? me too

Went into Peterborough today and bought the 11 I didn't have from HMV, then cancelled the outstanding order from HMV online. They had dozens of them, also the situation in Virgin. Currently playing the third disc, impressed so far - decent WFTSC mixes and the Koma & Bones mix of Confusion (which I love) is longer than the one I have on Retro.

jeez .well the only reason i ordered online is because there is no hmv or virgin store in my town.Bollocks

Walked into HMV in Portsmouth and got the lot. 40 bloody quid
