I used to have a lot of respect for him but not anymore!

Would you believe it, the day after I wrote this - I bumped into him in the village this morning, he was coming out of the flower shop, just walked on by though!

I do believe it.........but why didn't you distract his attention then punch him??

  :shades:

Maybe because punching someone when they are on their way to a family funeral is not a very nice thing to do.

Grow up.

Oops, sorry Jack, put me foot in me mouth there.... I really didn't know, so I take it back .....

But yeah, I admit to being a tad childish of late....

There's nowt else really to do except [playfully] vent one's frustrations on things we care about I guess...to the extent of saying flippant things!

It's the old DOWNLOADING WOT KILLED EVERYFINK argument.

There's other ways of making money. Make the music affordable and available.

Tell you what though, if someone wants to put that 10" of Hooky re-recording old NO songs from the limited edition carved-from-the-Pavement-outside-the-Hac as an MP3 on a blog is it Downloading What Killed Everything? .... or is it spreading music to people that cannot drop three figures on a book to get a pointlessly limited, and hyperexpensive artifact?

If Hooky wants £300 off me, it'll have to be more than a meet/greet or a yellow vinyl 10".

I guess I just don't love the band enough to piss my money away and want to do more important stuff, like eating.
