Sorry, I don't get that concept of going to a live gig and just "listening" to the music. I can do that at home. If I go to a live gig, I want to dance, I want to sweat, I want to sing aloud, I even want to whoop.
For me there's nothing more depressing than a live gig where everyone has reserved seats and just listens to the music. We're not going for the opera, are we?

well, people with figures like me would definitely try to avoid moshpits! i admit i quite enjoyed the vibe, it is always great, however, once in a while, i'd like to sit down and enjoy their music without worrying the squash from behind as well. i mean in hyde park, sometimes i couldn't turn my head, i couldn't take the photographs and i couldn't shout out or sing along just because my chest was so pushed- that's a bit far for me! ( i know i should stop complaining about this, at least it seems not so many people have problems like this)
so the best solution is that they do both types of concerts 
(stop doing festivals please!! get us gigs of your own!!!) though i seriously doubt that they would ever have a concert with seats.
by the way, at the end of glasto set, i heard people complaining about them not doing blue monday. that's absolutely fine with me. i've read so many interviews regarding bernard saying he fucking hates it because they have done it so many times. so i think they should do whatever they like, not always true faith or bizarre love triangle or whatever they hate but have to do. yeah yeah yeah i know they are all classic and most of the audience would get pissed off without them, however, in the view point of a fan, i'd rather see them playing the songs they do enjoy- even without the autocue. i'd be very happy to see a gig like this.

Read along.... I said reserved seat, doesn't mean you have to sit in it and don't move! But it means you won't be pushed around by people wanting your spot.... if somebody wanted to push me, I'd kick him in the nuts 
All shows I've been in my life, you are always up and dancing, never NEVER on the chair unless it's a slow song or something.. you know the show is working when everybody get up!
Really enjoyed the New Order gig and i'll def go and see them again, must see if I can't get to Oxegen somehow.
