i'm just a follower of the music only. How do you define a fan anyway? its different for everybody.
couldn't give a four X about hooky's DJ'ing, Barneys boat rides, Re-order, vikings, hooligans, NO disco's etc etc etc.
i only own the New Order albums, plus about three singles.. no Rest of's, no Best ofs. no mad mega mix's.
I like them Live, but its not the end of the world if i don't get to see them play everywhere, e.g the 4 song Peel gig.
For me, its just about the band producing good quality albums, that can compare favourably with their previous stuff.
People get way too deep when it comes to some of the threads on this thing.
Come on YOU MIGHTY REDS - tonight against Chelsea.
At last - this thread throws up a sensible statement.
Ohhhhhhhhhhh Liverpool we love you.

Please carry on Al.:)
They may well think of themselves as the most successful team in the history of English football, but they have lost every time they have played Worcester City!
I think that makes Worcester City the most successful team in the history of English football.......

It's a very moot point. We've 'qualified' for Europe just the once in our 120 year history. Unfortunately, this was in 1988 and we somehow found ourselves 'banned' despite not actually having ever done anything untoward. Hmmm. Still, it's all water under the bridge now. Sort of.
I had heard the ban was separate to the general English club ban, and was all because Mick Harford looked a bit threatening on the passport photo they submitted......

Hard-ford is God!
One last comment on this - I went to the Jorvik Centre in York not long ago, and it certainly smelled a lot like the crowd at a NO gig; Vikings it is.
